Meal 1 - Beef Short Ribs
Adobo braised beef short ribs with a Jameson and maple butter reduction, scalloped potatoes, seared broccolini & roasted root vegetables. Vegetarian main option: Grilled eggplant, zucchini & roasted pepper medallions stacks with halloumi & pesto. We use local and artisanal products, organic oils, and ethically raised meats whenever possible. Gluten Free and Dairy Free options available.
Meal 2 - Yellow Thai Curry
Yellow Thai curry with chicken or tofu, basmati rice, fresh basil oil, cilantro & lime. The heat will be mild so customers can add their own at home. We use local and artisanal products, organic oils, and ethically raised meats whenever possible.

Pick up orders at the Roberts Creek Hall on Wednesday, December 18 between 4:30-6:00pm, or opt for delivery.
Orders are prepared with a serving for 1. Please select a quantity of 2 at checkout to receive 2 servings per meal, or a quantity of 2 to receive 2 servings per meal, and so on.
